I am only posting this now because I believe it will have no affect on the SP of HRG.  I don't think Nord will ever offer fair value for HRG but I do think they will increase their offer to shake the rest of the minority their way.  No matter what this gets taken out at.......I would be 100% on board with any action upon NORD for their shady business practices and corrupt take over that has been in the making for 4 years!
