Can the OSC be held responsible?
Can the OSC be held responsible? I seem to recall that a statement was made around the time nord was about to go public that stated what the price range of the publicly trading Nord would be .I would imagine it would be with a totall consolidated Hrg.I believe that range was between 8 and 15 dollars per share for Nord.To make that statement one would believe that it would be based on both positive news and promotion .I doubt someone could make that statement unless they already had a very very good idea of what the news was.Based on what I have read on the other assets of Nord I would guess that most of the positive news would be coming from HRG assets. So for that statement to be made, what do they really think the per share value of HRH is or how can an independant valuation of HRG be even close to the 1.40 that they have offered.
The next thing I am wondering about is that there is a paper trail of unreleased reserve reports and also on the feasability study done on the prognoz mine, none of which has been released. All this is know by the OSC which brings me to the question. Can the OSC be held responsible for their lack of action by way of legal action? Thanks in advance
