Amendment.

After article 7, paragraph 5, a new paragraph is inserted, reading as follows:
"6. The Board is authorised to perform legal acts relating to non-cash contribu- tions on Shares and other legal acts mentioned in Section 2:94 of the Dutch

Civil Code, without prior approval of the General Meeting."
