Not sure I follow you on this.  Are you suggestion Mord can buy HRG shares (a related company) and do so at 1.40 or 1.4x and then sell them himself to Nord so Nord can reach a higher percentage?  Just wondering your thoughts here and how you see this plays into what they are attempting to do with HRG.
