Your title is very misleading! from reading just the title It's as if Bloomberg are stating and declaring that "Nordgold Official Offer for High River Gold Is ‘Fair’"

To correct this your title should be : "Nikolay Zelensky says: Nordgold Official Offer for High River Gold Is ‘Fair"
