Alexei has been playing games with minorities for 3 years. And good for him on getting the shares he has with these games. But, this is the last game. We ALL know this.
And, the core group of us, over 10% strong, we are not going anywhere...and yet it is they who wishes to have us move along - and help Nord turn Alexei into a 20 Billion dollar man from his already 15 Billion dollar man status.
This disgusting offer is not how it should work - but it is that way. The BOD is tainted. The Paraigm report a joke. The majority owner sees us as villans.
And he thinks we are all Russians too...so he treats us like one. He has no idea about working with shareholders, because his own Russian background has seen that other Russian shareholders are criminals - and criminals thwart the law whenever they can. I didn;t say break it. They just ignore it. And why not when you do not have people calling you in.
We are not criminals. We are potential partners. But Alexei sees us as tagging along on his coattails. OF COURSE WE ARE. THAT IS WHAT SHAREHOLDERS DO. And, the benefit of that is that we support a vision, and make the vision worth MORE before the company is worth more. That is why you HAVE investors when you do not need to raise capital. It is an exit strategy.
We are investors.
We did not get our company handed to us on a silver platter. We bought shares in our HRG. We are the guys other companies WANT to invest in their company. BUT WE ARE HERE AT HRG.
He treats us like rats. We are not rats.
We are Canadians and Americans - and WE WILL NOT LET THIS RUSSIAN SCREW US OVER.
