It's a shame there isn't someone out there with some deep enough pockets and daring to make an offer for all remaining shares of HRG at, say $2.50/sh, they will easily pick up the 10-20 percent of the shares out there.
Unless Mordy/Nord comes up with a better/higher offer, their plan of squeesing out the remaining shareholders will be dead in the water, no further point of continuing their game.
I think there would be a war started, and everyone would come out a winner. I'd be interested to see how Mordy is able to deal with that scenerio?
These ballsy investors can then put the screws to Mordy/Nord, they could easily double their money by playing "Lets Make A Deal" with Mordy. I would personally be extatic with this scenerio, everyone except Mordy would make some serious coin on the deal.
