Pretty clear that after the initial flushout, the smart money is buying 20% above the Severstal bid. Likely some sort of financing deal will be proposed . All it takes is a financing offer from anyone and Severstal cannot pretend that HRG cannot pay off its debts. Pretty simple game going on here I believe.
As for the charts, take a look. We are moving to .50 very soon.

Can someone post a link or contact information where collectively we can send our complaints?  As with every other issue it seems "us" Canadians are willing to let anyone and everyone walk all over us........I think if enough people sent in their concerns and complaints the authorities may be forced to take action.
