Pretty clear that after the initial flushout, the smart money is buying 20% above the Severstal bid. Likely some sort of financing deal will be proposed . All it takes is a financing offer from anyone and Severstal cannot pretend that HRG cannot pay off its debts. Pretty simple game going on here I believe.
As for the charts, take a look. We are moving to .50 very soon.

Prouditalian you think we should all buy at $.216? and hope for the BOD (aka Severstal) to let us know when they have found someone who is willing to refinance our debt despite Severstal best interest? come on you have to be the most optimistic person in the world.  And you think we are going to hit $ .50 under the watchful eye of one of the largest steel companies in the world, that owns 53% ...more

Of course you are right on the money, though few want to hear it. It is ALL about, and again THIS IS MY OPINION, low life, pathetic, manipulating, scumbag, greedy little pigs who should have been taken to task by the Canadian Authorities LONG AGO. Can someone post a link or contact information where collectively we can send our complaints?  As with every other issue it seems "us" Canadians are willing to let anyone and everyone walk all over us........I think if enough people sent in their concerns and complaints the authorities may be forced to take action.

Thus the reason I have said, post away, I think it a good idea for recording having informed. Which I have done, both with Lawyers and various Gov. Agencies.
