The OSC is a self-funded Crown Corporation responsible to the Ontario Legislature through the Minister of Finance.

Perhaps the apparent in-action of the OSC to deal with HRG's failures to provide shareholders with timely information should be brought to the attention of someone who might actually care when this goes public ie CAS
