Lowballing the valuation of HRG may

backfire. It could peak the interest of one of the bigger players in the business to offer
say $1.00 for the whole thing. This may get them 40% of the outstanding shares and
from there they could negotiate the breakup of the Company to get say the West African
properies. Just a thought.

That will not happen, in my opinion. Why? Because nobody wants the headache of taking on a bunch of Russian characters and dealing with them. Remember: they are doing everything now to circumvent minority shareholders getting fair value, is the claim of many, correct? So they can do the same thing with one big minority shareholder as well. If this plays out negatively, can the OSC be held liable?  They have been given plenty of warning and alerts to what is taking place......or are the free of any responsibility?

True enough. However the history of companies like Kinross, who has Russian interests, is FAR different in the way they treat shareholders. I do not believe, cutthroat or not, anyone would bother with this mess, unless they really want to take on the Russians, which means, by the way, probably the Gov. as well.
