As I suggested in one of my previous posts, we should better organise ourselves with a "lead" for each outstanding issue. For example, peego, cdnbacons (& even I) have questions on how should we vote on the proxy. I am still not clear what % of non severstal shares severstal needs to get in order to steal the company.

I think the efforts to date are well intentioned, but need now to be organized. We have Charleswood indicating that he is dealing with his lawyer, and waiting for some sort of preliminary assessment.
