I am holding 135.7k  shares, will not sell under 2.00$.If Severstal is buying shares, these will be considered as non-voting with regards to the potential minority vote to come.  However, if they accumulate a sufficient amount of shares, and if Troika is deemed a minority shareholder without any link to Severstal, it might just be that Troika will have control over enough shares to
