Yes, I confirm I still hold 5.5M shares and the letter I signed this summer says my tender price would be $2. I will be buying more, but have not nailed down the amount or timing yet.

I hold 95500 shares and will not tender at any "buyout" offer. I am holding long and expect to see $5.00/share sometime in the new year.C
