It really looks like they are working for Severstal. Exactly the same amount of buys and sells on any given day. If this thing ever goes to court it will be interesting to find out who their "client" is as it will have to be disclosed. These guys are rats, I dont trust them. Price of gold soaring today as is HRG's production and profits. I can almost guarantee they try and buy us out at the next earnings report. Have that gut feeling in my stomach along with the my Chianti from last night.

Anyone who thinks Severstal is doing a good job for the minority shareholders are out to lunch.  Yes they have turned operations around as this imperative to them making money no matter what their objective is and they have done it as quietly as possible.  They have not released one positive piece of PR, they have masked improved profitability with write downs, diluted the hell out of us ...more

someone posted that the funds will go to court on this if it happens. If true, hopefully all minoritoies could join in not selling at a bullsh*t tender offer anywhere below 1.50. Charlwood, can you confirm this. I will not tender but unfortunately dont have the resources to sue for a fair price on my own.This thing is being so manipulated by Jitney, it makes me sick to my stomach. I actually ...more

HRG too 0.73 before close today. I see a very min. 40 percent return in the next few weeks. Not a hard call --POLLY

you got until 3:25 or ten minutes. Im hoping you are right but unless a buyer of 500k shares plus steps in, which looks doubtful, wed be lucky to close at .70.
