blast off

I bought at $0.17 a year ago and only a moth ago seen it jump to were it is the when we see some year end results or another run in gold not long for yr end hopefully we get yr end and maybe a month later another run in gold then we should what this is worth

Our understanding is that Troika can not sell the 150 mill. shares until april,....Assuming the annual results are not watered down once Severstal purchases the 150 mill. shares We expect the SP to run up.

So the question becomes why did Severstal offer a private placement in the first place, and why then would Troika want to sell their stake at low prices when they can wait a get triple+ on their money?  Does Trioka have to sell their shares back to Severstal? I believe the answer is that Severstal used the cash from the PP to finance new equipment (ball mill etc) because of their ...more

cj, you have it all wrong. Troika bought the shares for Severstal, in other words the private placement was to themselves. They could not do it officially as not allowed under TSX rules. So in reality Severstal owns 70% of HRG not 50%. If you dont think Severstal owns other shares on top of this in private accounts you are as well naive. Troika was bidding a lot of Canadian brokers for shares ...more
