prouditalian

I once had a great deal of respect for you,

you were here since the beginning of the severstal shenaigans,
you stated your holdings,
then you sold and paid off your mortgage ( a great move, my exact dream)

but now you BS and lies are getting to me, you are as transparent as Severstal (did you move to Moscow?)

but enough is enough, 3 to 6 more months of manipulation?  buyout at $1.10?

give it up.

You seem to have no problem with stateing your trades, thus I (we) would you respect you more if you just said,
"sold at 92, hoping to buy back at 85"
but making up crap in a feeble attempt to drive the price down is nothing to be "proud" of.

TOTR, I've been here since .12 and Proud came in after that price I believe. He has been a supporter of this stock and minorities for a long while. I sold @ .17 when Severstal took over because my Finnish grandmother told me to never trust a Russian. I got back in @ .55 and am happy to be back in.I normally lurk here but I have to speak up in Prouds defence, you're ...more

i am not sure if i am reading this right. 1.     this company now has 120 mil in cash, thats around .15/shares.  2.    investments in detour gold, intrepid miine, etc yielded 50% gain since the end of june 30 (another 100 mil or .12/shares)3.    this company earns 0.03/share in Q1, 0.05/shares in Q2 and ROE of 20%4.  & ...more

you are reading it right although forgot about 30 mil in debt. Its extremely cheap. Read the Olma report. The problem is Severstal owning 70%. They aint a friendly bunch of Russians and have tried to screw minorities in the past, thus the discount. this will always trade at a discount due to Severstal. Nobody can argue the math however.

here comes the questionsfirst, hrg was on the verge of going under early last year.  The russians were the only group that gave them money when they needed it the most.  The sellings during the late 2008 was caused by many selling by index funds.  (not by the russians)  Without severstal, hrg will prob going to go under.  and if you were a shareholder back then, your ...more

you asked a question and I answered. You missed the boat on the huge upside move dude. Most here are already up 400%. Severstal has a huge history of trying to screw us after they got in, thus the reason you will always get a discount. Still nice upside here but lots of manipulation.  Max you will see here is 1.50, likely trades in .80-1.00 range till year end.

Wrong prouditalian.  This stock is on a lot of radars.  It is not the shattered company on the verge of bankruptcy that it used to be over a year ago (although it has some issues I am still trying to get information on).  It has proven itself over time as a good mine operator.  With gold moving up even if it just maintains its mine efficiencies at current levels there is wind ...more

I am asking... PLS answer. 1) Why do you think the IPO or outside offer, as suggested recently, is not in the cards.  2) Why do you continue on this vein that Severstal is going to s_rew us for eternity. ( just because they tried to get shares cheap before is not an answer) I would have tried if I was them... ITs BUSINESS! A few  underhanded things BUT they tried they failed and they ...more

excellent points made, ngobeupside is 1.2-1.6, thats more than 30%-50% while you r protected on the down side (high .80) due to various fundamental components such as cash on hand, cash equivalents and low P/E (ttm).  I believe we r currently in a consolidation mode to shake out the weak hands and the next big move will prob going to come next week.  RSI is back below ...more
