HIGH RIVER GOLD CORRECTS SELECTED FINANCIAL RESULTS IN MARCH 30TH PRESS RELEASE

High River Gold Mines Ltd. is clarifying and correcting the figures reported in the selected financial results in the press release issued on March 30, 2012. Although the figures in the consolidated financial statements and related notes and related management's discussion and analysis for the year ended Dec. 31, 2011, were correct, there were differences in the figures reported in the press release announcing such results on March 30, 2012. Therefore, the attached table should replace the table in the press release issued on March 30, 2012.
