makes you wonder....
Mordy kinda missed a good opportunity here....the "resisters" are mostly canadian...given the relative valuation on both companies if would have listed Nord on the TSX as well some resisters might... have been inclined to swap shares to take advantage of the perceived higher upside of Nord shares compared to HRG (as per the Helmer article)......after all Mordy needs all the help he can get...a listing on TSX might have gotten him a few more shares. I know I'm NOT interested at all in Nord shares on the LSE. Got enough to worry about just keeping up with Toronto...thank you very much.
Second point, sending us the results of the special committe investigation as to the valuation is a bit of a waste of time isn't it? Do we have ANY "indedpendent" directors left?? I thought that all directors were Mordy's buddies after all this time and management changes. Same goes for the statement that Nord has secured lockup agreements from several past directors of HRG....yeah, well so what?? they owe Mordy....what else were they gonna do?
Anybody know how long this will all take anyway?....if bad news comes out of Europe and gold takes a jump HRG will rise like all golds.....the whole offer might be a waste of time in the end.
