"independent" valuation.

I'm very curious to see how they will spin their valuation from an "independent" committee, to make it look remotely fair. I'd like to see how they justify paying a PE of 5 for a cashcow like HRG... I guess they could justify by saying that having Mord is toxic to the share price, as John helmer said in his latest piece. =)
