The plan

It occurred to me after reading CC's press release that the plan might be for"our" BoD to come back with an evaluation of oooohhh let's say $1.90 to 2.00. Nord will then "grudgingly" agree to it and lots of fence sitters will give in and sell. Then the bod can say they were looking out for our best interest.

Just my thought on it.

Say NO to anything under $3.00.

I think it's wishful thinking that the BOD will come and say a "fair" offer would be 1.90 to 2.00 range. They'ver never had our interests in mind, and never will. They're Nord's lapdogs.
