What a joke!!

I can't believe they are allowed to state this "Cash and cash equivalents decreased to $18.0 million from $ 95.6 million at the end of Q1 2012, and down from $ 207.2 million at the end of Q2 2011"  without saying where the decrease came from......AKA how much you want to bet they lent themselves another 75 million????  What an absolute joke!!!!  Lawsuit is the only way to get your fair value from these clowns!  I wouldn't invest with another Russian company for all the rubles in the world!!
