High River Gold Mines Ltd > my minimum buyout target

my minimum buyout target

Nordgold has all but admitted that High River Gold shares should be 1/3 the share price of Nordgold.

Deutche Bank has performed a review on Nordgold and values it at $7.10/share with a buy rating.

Therefore, High River Gold shares should be valued at a minimum of $7.10/3

or $2.34/share.

If Nordgold offers this to investors, I will not be happy, but I will walk away from this chapter in my life.

I don't know why it takes High River Gold directors so long to come up with a fair price when there are currently four brokerage firms already covering Nordgold substantially.

It's taking the BOD so long, because they're having a tough time coming up with enough excuses to justify the lowball offer their master has tabled.

My minimum buyout went up 4% today just like all gold stocks.   Let's make it a tidy $3.00 for easy reckoning.

Nord traded 500 shares today, down over 5% for the day.  Nord must seriously be joking with this offer.  I will stand firm at $4.00.  The longer they wait, the more we are worth. If gold rises above $2000 by the end of next year when BISSA is well on its way, it will be $5.50.

1MM is absolutely right! Who wants to swap shares with such a underperforming gold company like NORD!?! HRG makes real money, now, and even more in future. I don't understand why the russians oversee the potential to promote HRG to make real money. Dumb russians...

Greedy, Simpleton criminal mind, they would rather steal thou$ands from you than WORK TOGETHER and make million$, but karma is everywhere they are going to be. The market sees them for what they are and no one wants to do business with criminals. The way the market is treating Nord and it will not be long until Screwusall has to dismantle FRANKENORD and sell the only real asset it has.
