Tender instructions

Hi All,

I just called my broker and he mentionned that unless you call to activate the tendering option before the expiry date, that they consider you are not interested.

The documents sent our way are not a voting document such as what is usually sent to us yearly for the AGM of shareholders.

Have a great day!

SB

I also spoke with my brokerage firm this mornng and they confIrm, no reply sent back to Nord, means  ' I'm not interested in your tender'........no further action is needed! Appears we will all just have to wait and see what now happens...GLTA
