Not selling here
I wanted to let those here know that I am not selling here, and am waiting for information pertaining to options. Will know more in the next few days and will inform my decision accordingly.

Maybe i am missing something and being overly pessimistic, but outside of a lawsuit, where is the upside?

answer: How about Nord gets satisfied with 89% of HRG and finally gets going working, producing and promoting the whole thing...Nord shares start moving up...so does HRG....How's that? probable no, possible yes.....been here a LONG time...I'm not in a hurry...but certainly would not want to go backwards....hence my original question
