Shares Tendered for cash
I have tendered my shares for the cash offer today. Thanks very much of course to Chris, and all the other that have contributed here over the years. Everyones emails to Nord, OSC, Helmer, BNN, etc did make a difference. I do hope that we are able to extract more potential out of HRG in courts as i feel we have been robbed of our profits and it is a real shame. In the grand scheme of things taking HRG private for a reasonable price would have been a drop in the bucket for Mordashov. But in the end, business is business, and he found a way to get it for cheaper. Hopefully some day the courts will see the injustice that has been done to minorities here.
Life lesson learned: Don't touch anything Russian with a 10 foot pole. I hope future Nord investors will realize that too and Mordy learns the hard way what happens when he treats good folks like dirt.
