RE:Grounds for dismissal Indeed, its a sad tale of backroom deals and collusion. Even ANR's so-called improved bid was a sham as it was singularly meant to extract some more cash for themselves from SLR. Sounds like the management and the monitor got caught in the middle. Bidders were also not supposed to engage in discussions with creditors without the monitor present. They violated that too.

Unbelievable that such a travesty of a process is very likely going to get approved by a Canadian court -- let's see what the judge writes.  I'm sure it will get approved as not doing so would be detrimental to employees, suppliers and local businesses who depend on continued operation of the mine.
