The CEO’S responsibility

The CEO’S responsibility From the Harte Gold website"The CEO has a responsibility to act in the BEST INTERESTS of Harte Gold and it's SHAREHOLDERS in accordance with applicable legislation and the corporate governance practices that Harte Gold has adopted.Frazer Bouchier, the ceo signed a piece of paper stating that under the circumstances it was fair that shareholders received no compensation. Was he fulfilling his duties?Does he really care? In 2020 his salary was $640,000. From what I can gather the people who resigned were paid out because a change of ownership.Frazer $2,050,000.Graham Dupreez $980,000.Karen Walsh also paid out similarly. These people are on a different level and could care less. They are not hurting.
