There is potential for Harte doesn't mean it will be realized.It will be a tough slog.Yes, the court will probably approve this $hitty deal because all the jobs are saved,debts are paid and the local economy as well as FN will benefit.That's the argument that will get it signed regardless of how it came about.There are always winners and always losers.Big guys win,small guys lose .Every time.
