OSC update

You guys don't seem to want to leave so I will give you  one more update. I get the impression that we are never gong to get any interest or action from the OSC and I have to ask why it exists.

I contacted them on December 22, January 20 and January 28, with increasingly urgent requests and updates on Harte. As of yesterday, they have acknowledged receipt of my first two messages. The only action to date is the transfer of my messages to someone higher up the ladder. That person has not responded.

If they think I'm going away, they are mistaken, but it  is becoming more and more obvious that they have no intention of doing anything. It's too bad they aren't elected to their positions.

Doug Ford and a few newspaper editorials will be my next targets. If this BB still exists when that happens, I'll let you know what, when and where.

Good on you Ulster.I sent an email to northern Ontario business about the article they wrote which omitted the fact that shareholders were left in the lurch.I suggested a title for another article.Aussies get the gold mine,shareholders get the shaft.In reality I think the whole thing about the auction not being held was very shady.Appian was looking out for themselves and explicitly went behind

Just received the following message from OSC: I have forwarded the information provided to the Corporate Finance branch of the OSC for further review.  I appreciate you taking the time to send us this information. Here's hoping the wheels are actually turning - sounds like it......
