Perhaps , but we do not set the price. The price is set on the Bovespa. The sellers are extremely persistent down there. TD is the major seller up here and that is some kind of arbitrage.

this is true... although I think the pressure has been from some Brazillion pro shorts who will in turn make the same amount again back to $10 if we're lucky

I think Grover has it right. I believe the shorts (some who believe this will be going up) are controlling this sp now while they accumulate and then turn around and make money on the flip to higher share prices. The down pressure is too constant. We're being gamed currently. The question is, who's doing all the selling?         &

You do realise that people can close positions and then open completely new positions don't you? I do agree with you that the conspiracy theories of manipulation are a load of bull. I can however assure you that the smart money has profitted short on this and are probably starting up long positions now.

Looks like the shorts are in complete control...2 drill bits turning and HRT hits a new low..if the wells are dusters or discover gas you probably have a $.25 stock here..still a good short

I have to admit that the selling does seem to be over the top, however I see lots of other stocks under the same intense pressure. I don't understand it.  Is it fund redemptions, or short funds that are crushing everything in sight?  One thing for sure seems to be that no beeg money is willing to step in front of this bus.
