HRT is being dragged down by its link to OGX (neither will seriously participate in the new Br oil auctions). HRT has enough on its plate and doesn't need the distraction...

I'd say a good assessment xoox, but it shouldn't drag down the sp. Oh well! On apositive note I think HRT will be in some sort of an arrangement with a potentail candidate for blocks through provision of expertise and services. That expertise will become more expensive as HRT has a successful well in Namiibia.

No one knows offshore Brazil better than MM - he (HRT) can always farm-in later if they want - the same may not be true for OGX. Don't forget, they will have some $$$ later this month.
