Quickly going through, quite happy with the results here. Not a blow out like Q1 - but I would say really solid and slightly above expectations (or mine anyways). I'm actually quite surprised on the NAV that the office/retail assets didn't require a larger write down. Many REIT's I follow had at least a small increase in the cap. rates or discount rates. &
