Harvest to acquire MedMen?

There seems to be a huge amount of chatter around this, with apparently a deal pending.

If Harvest's management (recently expanded, conveniently) can control MedMen's ridiculous spending, it could be an excellent acquisition. 

Any thoughts?

Steve was just asked (5 mins ago) on a conf call (presentation) whether Harv would target MadMen and he didn't deny it (nor confirm it, of course).  I would have expected him to deny it or at least say that he's legally not allowed to mention it.
