They just announced a $120 000 000 prospectus (Common Shares, Preferred Shares, Warrants, Units, Subscription Receipts, Debt Securities) You may get a chance at a price drop. Sedar is down and I'm having trouble finding information on this - can you post the info please. From my understanding talking to other companies , if this is a shelf prospectus , many companies file in case they need the money so they access to money quickly - it's been described to me like a line of credit/ insurance etc. Pretty sure , but not 100% , that some companies never use

I have actually hada conversation with the CEO,  They want to acquire companies in this area.   The whole invitro area is ripe for the picking.

Only one large IVF company , Vitrolife , if I remember right. So shelf offering to be used to purchase other companies as needed?

You are correct.  They are looking for small, vert specific suppliers and software advancements.  They are looking to buy companies in the 2-5 million dollars.  Slowly becoming the King of the IVF equioment and supplies.
