Our BoD has loaned $$ to HUD, rather than diluting, to keep us operational, that's one thing they've been doing for us the last long while. With a few million in the bank, a slice, 21% to 31% depending, in Lumina with the option for 3 (?) more years to buy 100% of Lumina, and a 'possible' 5% equity interest in the assets we're currently selling, HUD should be valued at more than 10 million. HOWEVER, there is no backstop to the 5% possible equity interest in Sarfartoq, which is stunning, no minimum or alternative form of recompense if NEO decides to try and circumvent, or if the project takes longer than anticipated and the trigger points happen in 6 or 7 years.......and I don't understand why not. Would have expected at least a carried interest in the project, to a certain point of developement, as a backstop.
