RE:RE:Forget BITF! DMGI Makes More Sense Acquisition Wise!I get where you're coming from. Although I think you'd get your quick double
either way. Basically right now DMGI holders would get 1 share of HUT for 4 shares of DMGI. If this was to go down right away? HUT would spike to $20.
BItfarms imo is trying really hard to woo investors with some very amazing numbers like purchase agreement for "48,000 MicroBT Miners" to expand by over "5.0 EH". If those miners were arriving next month I'd definitely be a shareholder. Unfortunately the first batch arrives in Jan 2022 and last batch to arrive will be Dec 2022. Another stand out is they only have enough contractual MW for ~3 EH at their Quebec facilities. However they do have a contractual 200MW capacity in South America for furher expansion - seems a bit extreme imo.
My favorite BITF hype is " Bitfarms has mined the most Bitcoin during the nine months ending Sept, 2020" That would be great if they kept them! Only Hut hodled and most of the rest had to buy and still some are buying now - kinda funny BTC miners buying Bitcoin after selling it on the cheap.
HUT's Bitcoin treasury is what sets them as the leader bar none. It would take the other miners at least 5 years to catch up to HUT's treasury - and that's only if HUT doesn't expand their current hash rate. Fortunately we have a CEO that's making sure HUT will always be in it's dominant position.
Cheers!
