HUT is on Nasdaq Tier 1 Bitf on Tier 2 and RIOT on Tier 3

My understanding must be off but I looked at some press releases and it looks like HUT is on the Nasdaq Global Select which is Tier 1 and RIOT is on Capital Markets which is Tier 3. I think Bitf is on Global Markets which is Tier 2. If anyone can correct my understanding that would be appreciated. Glta!
