Every company does this. Doesn't mean they are diluting. It just gives them the opportunity to if they want.

Not every company does this but some do. Aphria did one a couple months after Irwin took over and then the company did a PP.

I remember MARA did a 100 millions earlier this year for buying the new miners.  500 millions seems high.

No as they haven't officially done anything yet in regards to an offering.  this just gives them the option to if they choose to use it.
