Maybe their uplisting application got rejected.

Maybe they will do an offering before uplisting.

Who knows? Possibilities with these junior companies are unlimited.

BTC pricing is at ATH and will hit $80kish by the end of April. That's the only certainty we have. And that's good enough. Cheers

IMO it's looking like a Private Placement @ $8.88, although not certain they need all that $500 million as noted in their Propectus at once, unless they are hungry for some honey from a Hive? Just putting it out ther with the elephant now in the room.
