Gorillas in the room?
Can we just dismiss all these law suits? When will they start being resolved one way or another & we see news releases telling the market the true verdict?
Why hasent the company responded more publicly to all these law suits? Maybe they have & some might of missed it so please point us in the right direction to view.
The company should probably NR daily of weekly to keep up to the "misinformation" if in fact that's what all this is.
As an investor looking at this & seeing how undervalued it is right now you would have to believe it's a wonderful buying opportunity but the "gorilla's in the room" make that quite challenging. There has to be a major ruling one way or the other allowing for the closure of this dogs breakfast imo.
