I came across an awesome video yesterday on YouTube. Some of you may have seen it already. This guy really knows his stuff. It's 15 minutes in length but the content gets really interesting/exciting at the 8 minute mark (if you want to save time just skip ahead), but if you have time to watch the full video, it's worth it.
