with the dividend increase and general improvement in overall operations could $8 be coming on to the horizon over the next year?

$8, you ask? At least, given that the economy doesn't self destruct over the next 12 months. Given our current leadership, take nothing for granted, but the outlook does appear to be positive, so I guess we shall see. GLTA
