Other banking segment includes leasing operations and other items and the Bank’s banking subsidiaries, ICICI Bank UK PLC and ICICI Bank Canada. Life insurance segment represents the results of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited. Others segment includes ICICI Home Finance Company Limited, ICICI Venture Funds Management Company Limited and others. The Bank’s geographical segments: Domestic operations, and Foreign operations.

Whats wrong?

Whats wrong?I was looking at this thing, but I can't figure out whats wrong with it. Why is it so cheap? Is there a problem with the dividend?
