interesting companythe recent news that perlus increased its holdings to 15.2%  got my attention; perlus is the same investment firm that invested in roctest at $2 and sold it for $4 in a takeover bid

with the increased ownership by perlus, i reckon there is only a 33% float, hence thinly-traded

i was surprised they have $1.39/share in cash and no debt; basically the risk is only $.61/share (at $2.00)
