The intrest rate is prime plus 15%, so this co. will be underwater very quickly.
As for a100% pick up of the shares, that will not be happening. I will not bother.
The CFO still owes me a call from months ago. 
I cannot understand why they are bothering with this.  The waste of such a decent historical company lands in the hands of management and the board.  They are, in my opinion simply stupid. The co. will piss thru the 5 million in a quarter or 2 and be in CCRA in 2023.
They should have done it themselves rather than enrich this crew with credit card rates.
