The gist of deal will be in the leaseback details.
Trade was at low end of market. I assume it reflects the leaseback terms. No doubt the $1 trades should pan out. I expect 2 to 3 million loss in last q.
Pender needs to now go to work to pry their investment out.
Inq burns cash.
