IIPR made another new sale-leaseback deal, which i thought would occur in August but cant be too critical they were 1 day late lol. Stock keeps grinding up slow and steadily. Dividend to be declared in1-2 wks. Technicals remain bullish & rated A. Has dropped 3% a couple times but immediately recovered to new yearly highs. Gap remains @ 130-132. Still awaiting Holistic to get final court approval to takeover Dionymed's lease. Occupancy rate @ 99.3% & 16 year ave. term while cap rate estimated to be 13% still.
