T.A for IIPR Thurs:
Daily parabolic SAR is at 89.82 as stock flirted with turning bearish past two days, primarily due to ystrdy's big drop but due to the late rally today, it stayed positive being below stock price. Today was an inside day and had a narrow range which means it didnt follow thru to the downside, a positive for the stock. Rated B by Swingtradebot but ST trend remains down. Stochastic coming down, at k49% so still negative. Slide deck for IIPR was posted at Seeking Alpha in past day or two : impressive. Owners as of June 30 will have divvy on July 15th of $1.06cash or stock equivalent if DRIP.
