Read Conf Call transcripts

of IIPR's 1st qtr results, if you have interest in IIPR; i googled it. In it, CEO Smithers mentions that they are in advanced negotiations with a quality MSO for the DionyMed property that was defaulted on. CC was on or about May 8, so it's been 7 wks since then. Not worried that they wont find a replacement tenant but am impatient. Also Gold stated their yield is north of 12% so i assume it is at 13-14%, twice that of most REITs plus IIPR grows @ 100%+per year. And i believe this Monday, June 29, is ex-dividend date, last day to get in on the next divvy payment on July 15. Wonder how those 3 tenants are doing from their 3 mo rent deferral?

Correction: because Monday is ex-dividend date, the last day to have gotten the dividend was Friday. Sorry my bad. Btw it looks like the mkt correction will continue on Monday & the week. In the ST the bears have control. Seems like IIPR & cannabis sector will remain weak like it has been for 1-2 wks. IIPR may find support @ 85.
