2 1/4 pts on light volume, as traders await the ER tmrw, Wed, after the close. It is the reaction to the ER that is most important. If it is positive, do investors sell on the news because they bought the rumor at lower stick prices, or is the demand strong enough to drive it above resistance at 108? I fully expect a good rept as i have seen no signs of further tenant problems. I am disappointed they have not replaced DionyMed in L.A. but it isnt a huge deal as 99.2% of their properties are rented. Bulls want to see EPS/FFO & revenues grow at least 100% y/y for the qtr; expectations are high, indeed, due to the consistency of growth the the past 2 yrs. They don't need to raise more capital for the time being, as i estimate they still have well over $150M in cash, possibly close to $200M. Let's see this fill the gap near 110, in the next week or so, as the 1st step. Then in a couple mos. this could work its way towards gaps in the 130's. Jmho dyodd glta
